We seek new-urbanist oriented small-business owners,  non-profit/community organizations, and others who want creative working and living spaces in an urban environment and want to develop, re-use, renovate or build-out existing older commercial property or previously developed urban sites for uses such as office, retail, restaurant, light industrial, and residences. 

For small to medium sized projects we offer an alternative to the traditional architect or general contractor; offering consulting, design and project management services through a network of independent, highly motivated professionals who are brought in as needed to address specific project needs.

We apply high performance standards to the building design; sustainability standards to the construction process and finished product; and focus on integrating the building, the site, the use patterns and traffic flow into the surrounding community.
